Refund & Return Policy
How to Request a Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange under the following timelines:
- Return Requests: Within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Exchange Requests: Within 2 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@bellurestudio.com from your registered email ID, or
- WhatsApp us at +91-7483 700 788.
What Items Are Eligible for Return
We accept returns for:
- Defective or incorrect items
- Items with color or size issues
- Items you are not satisfied with (Note: ₹100 will be deducted as handling and shipping fee in such cases)
Refund Modes
- Online Payment Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet). Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Once approved, we will request your bank details to complete the refund.
- Partial COD Orders or RTO (Return to Origin): If the parcel is returned undelivered due to customer unavailability or refusal:
- A ₹60 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- For example: If you paid ₹399 but didn’t receive the parcel, ₹60 will be deducted, and ₹339 will be refunded.
- COD shipping charges (₹100) are non-refundable.
Return Exceptions
- Custom-stitched or personalized products
- Bulk orders (more than 10 items) — Only 30% of the quantity is returnable
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit your return/exchange request via email or WhatsApp as mentioned above.
- Parcel opening video is mandatory for all return/exchange requests. Attach this video during your request.
- Wait for approval within 2–4 working days.
- Choose a return method:
- Self-ship: You send the item back at your cost – full refund (excluding original shipping).
- Pickup by Bellure Studio (available in selected PIN codes): ₹250 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Once the returned item is received and verified:
- Refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
- Only the product price (excluding any shipping charges) will be refunded.
- ₹100 will be deducted for return shipping and handling.
Note: For exchanges, the customer must ship the product to our warehouse. Once received, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel an Order
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement by:
- Emailing support@bellurestudio.com with your order number and reason for cancellation in the subject line.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once moved for procurement or dispatch.
Order Cancellation Refunds
- If cancelled within 2 hours or before processing begins, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled, but can be returned as per the return policy.
Cancellation by Bellure Studio
In rare situations where we are unable to process your order due to unforeseen issues (e.g., out of stock, delivery constraints), the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
