At Bellure Studio, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Please read our shipping policy to understand our delivery process, timeframes, and charges.

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
• Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 4–8 business days
• Remote or Out-of-Service Areas: 7–10 business days (subject to courier partner availability)

Note: These are estimated delivery timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders:

  1. Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  2. For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹80 applies.

• Cash on Delivery (COD):

• 1. Additional ₹50–₹100 COD charge applies based on location and order value.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable in case of returns or RTO (Return to Origin).

4. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and others, depending on the destination PIN code.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Order Tracking

• You will receive an SMS/email/WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
• You can also track your order through the “Track My Order” section on our website.

6. Undeliverable Orders / RTO

• If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept, the product will be returned to us (RTO).
• In such cases, ₹80 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

7. Address Change After Ordering

• To change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our support team within 4 hours of placing the order.
• Changes requested after dispatch may not be accommodated.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Bellure Studio only ships within India. International shipping will be launched soon.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us immediately at:
